Engraved stationery is when the process requires a metal plate.The engraved plate holds the ink which is then pressed into the stationery. When you touch it you can actually feel the indentation. Blind embossed is the opposite. A plate is made and no ink is used so once the plate is pressed to the paper the name is actually raised and you can feel it, but there is no ink, so that is why it is called blind embossed.

Flat ink printing is just that, the ink is flat with the paper . There are many ways to acheive flat ink printing. Lasor or digital are two of the most affordable.
